A White Dream

I don’t know why but lately I’m loving white! Maybe because I miss the snow. There’s nothing more chic and polished as a white suit. If you have one in your closet, revamp it with the two must haves this season, which consist of silver pumps and the color mint. Plus, with your white suit, you don’t need a lot of accessories because it’s such a polished look.

2012 Superbowl

Superbowl Sunday is one special event, where friends and family get together and watch one amazing game, many fun and creative commercials, and selective performers. Whether you are hosting a party or attending one, there is no doubt that you should look fabulous. Instead of jeans and a sweater, try substituting a pair of faux leather leggings with a maxi sweater. To maximize the comfort, wear a pair of riding boots and a military hat. To add a touch of chicness i suggest a silky scarf and a stack of bangles. Enjoy the game and your friends!!!

Let me guess, you were probably thinking about wearing a sequent dress for New Years. How about you try a different look! An amazing piece this year is the palazzo pant. It’s such a smashing piece this season. The outfit on the left shows off some leg making it very sexy, but remember you don’t have to show off skin to be more sexy! A cute outfit, just like the one on the right, which is more conservative, is enough to make a woman sexier than ever. To complete the outfit accessorize with sparkling jewelry and possibly sparkling shoes.

Chic-ness!

After a marvelous summer in Italy, I’m finally back in Michigan. My favorite season in this amazing state is definitely the fall!  Between, the cider mill, Halloween, beautiful colors and the smell of nutmeg and cinnamon. It doesn’t get better than that.

Here’s my first look of the season:

’70 are still in. Don’t toss your wide leg jeans. Just add some chic-ness with a nice blouse and a vest.

A vest is a key piece during this season: it will keep you warm when the temperature drops a few degrees. Just make sure it’s not too bulky. Wedges?!?! I’m still in LOVE with them!

To complete the look, add a cute hat for a French flair.

I’m officially ready to go have some caramel apple and cider!!!

Secret number one: a wrap dress works with almost any body shape. It gives a great definition on creating that desired hour glass figure.
Secret number two: Do NOT be afraid of colors! I have news for you, black is not always flattering.

P.S. a wrap dress can take you from day to night.

Day: A shopper bag to go around town, flat shoes to be comfortable, sunglasses and a stylish scarf.
Night: a polka dot dress and a pair of pump and plus the right accessories!

Kaftan

Kaftans come in short and long styles. How to wear it? It can be used as a cover up on the beach (or pool). The shorter style may be worn with jeans or a nice pair of satin pants. As for shoes, flats or wedges complete this look. To emphasize your waistline, add a belt.
